A través de distintas acciones y programas, en el SMDIF de Corregidora asistimos a la población que lo necesita, con apoyos, tales como los siguientes:

Jornada Cambiando Vidas

Acercamos a las comunidades los servicios que presta el Sistema Municipal DIF y realizamos acciones de salud enfocadas a la prevención y detección de enfermedades en zonas de vulnerabilidad, en donde entregamos despensas con productos no perecederos de la canasta básica para contribuir a una buena alimentación y mejorar el estado de nutrición de las familias de Corregidora.

Lentes y Auxiliares Auditivos

Dirigido a personas con algún problema de agudeza visual y a pacientes con alguna discapacidad que les genera la disminución o nula audición.

Otros programas y acciones

Apoyos con medicamentos, con pañales para personas adultas mayores, niños y personas con discapacidad, apoyos funcionales (aparatos ortopédicos), campaña de Prótesis Dental, Feria de Salud.

Jornada MAC

Taller de Salud Bucal para Pacientes con Discapacidad, mastografías Grupo Reto, Campaña Ultrasonidos Grupo Reto, vacunación para personas adultas mayores y grupos vulnerables y valoraciones del personal del SMDIF Corregidora.

Unidad Médica Móvil

Proporciona atención médica de primer nivel, preferentemente a la población menos favorecida, carente de los servicios de seguridad social, en diversas comunidades del municipio, ofreciendo:

Un diagnóstico oportuno.
Canalización a instituciones.
Asesoría para que el paciente conozca sus derechos en la institución de salud que los atiende.
Consulta odontológica ofreciendo revisión bucal.
Detección de placa dento-bacteriana.
Técnica de cepillado.
Aplicación de flúor.
Revisión de tejidos bucales.

Exodoncias.
